Feng Zhu is a professor in the Technology and Operations Management Unit at Harvard Business School. His research examines competitive strategy and digital innovation in high-technology industries. His work has appeared in many leading academic journals and has been covered by such media as the Harvard Business Review, Washington Post, the Financial Times, and the Wall Street Journal. Professor Zhu earned his Ph.D. in science, technology and management and a master’s in computer science at Harvard University.

Dr. Wen-Syan Li is Senior VP of SAP SE and Head of SAP Customer Innovation & Strategic Projects – Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China. He is responsible for predictive analytics capabilities and innovative applications on SAP’s in-memory database HANA, customer co-innovations, and strategic R&D projects in Internet of Things. He received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University (USA) and an MBA degree in Finance. He is based in Shanghai.

He is the chairman of the of the Joint Utilities Policy Group from 2012 to 2015 and he is currently the President of Fixed Network & Value Added Services Group of the Communications Association of Hong Kong
