The ODMM is the Open ROADS Community’s digital transformation assessment framework. This session will be both a Community dialogue, and a results-oriented workshop, to review the progress made on the ODMM, listen to Telkom Indonesia’s field trials experiences of—and make decisions to operationalize this critical assessment tool.

Build your Balanced Digital Scorecard using Design Thinking

Design Thinking is methodology which uses design principles (combining logical reasoning and intuition) to solve complex problems by generating client-centric solutions. Attendees will engage in sleeves-rolled-up learning session, to understand the principles of design thinking and apply them in the creation of a Balanced Digital Scorecard—a visualization of transformation progress that can be used in communicating with a DSP’s Board.

Digital Anthropology is the examination of how DSPs create and/or evolve jobs, functions, and skillsets in the pursuit of an entirely new digital workplace.
