Culture Change - needs ACTION and HAPPINESS with colleagues

Through Design Thinking, the ODMM working group worked from the customer outwards and developed pain points and empathy maps to better understand what solutions were needed. The ODMM working group then developed a transparent, agile and collaborative approach that focused on solutions, instead of finger-pointing and personal success. The results showed improvements in both process efficiency and employee happiness.
