Content is still likely to be the key differentiator, but experience, bundling, targeting, monetisation, etc. are likely to experience radical changes. 

It will be critical for E&M players to innovate around developing direct relationships with consumers and establish trust in order to build loyalty. 

Trust cannot be underestimated, established brands and incumbents tend to have more trust
